Over 40 years experience in the industry
We have been proudly serving: Agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, truck, car and motorhome, medical device and, yacht parts for over 40 years, from 3d design to serial manufacturing.
Our Services
Thermoforming and plastic injection
Fiber reinforcements and core materials are laid up dry in a one-sided mold and vacuum bagged. Liquid resin is then introduced and drawn by vacuum through the reinforcements by means of a series of designed-in channels and/or carefully placed infusion media that facilitate fiber wetout. Unlike the autoclave, VARTM cure requires neither high heat nor high pressure. VARTM’s comparatively low-cost tooling makes it possible to inexpensively produce large, complex parts in one shot.
Used extensively for mould manufacturing, hand lamination remains a last resort for low production runs and otherwise impracticable designs.
Resin transfer molding (RTM) uses a liquid thermoset resin to saturate a fiber preform placed in a closed mold. The process is versatile and can fabricate products with embedded objects such as foam cores or other components in addition to the fiber preform.
Composite products are manufactured using a closed mold system. The closed mold consists of an “A” side mold (base mold) and a semi-rigid “B” side mold (counter mold) that is sealed to the “A” side mold using vacuum pressure. Resin is drawn into the resulting cavity under vacuum.
Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold. Thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers fed into a heated barrel, and injected into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.
We have the ability to manufacture on demand even the most complex designs in high volumes.
